What does
"Raise Your Vibration"
actually mean?

When I talk about our company mission, "Raise Your Vibration", a lot of people ask me, “What the heck are you talking about?”

As you may know, everything in the universe possesses an energy quotient, from microscopic atoms to blasting stars, growling dogs to hungry humans - even a slice of chocolate cake has an energy quotient. And that energy exists on a frequency spectrum, from low levels that are dark and dense to high levels that are light and bright. The vibrational frequency can be morphed by us, in our small daily actions. As humans, everything we do - from what we consume, read, eat, to what we wear to our practices to how we relate to one another - can both create and transmute different energetic frequencies. So “raising your vibration” means moving your energy from the sluggish, heavy bottom of the scale to the luminous, numinous top through Love - Love is the doorway as sell as the medicine for all things.

Our mission at La DoubleJ is to work with this energy and to help you raise your frequency. The first easiest and most direct way we do this is through the portal of joy. Our entire approach from the product and images we create to the messages and words we xxx. to the community we embrace, all of it is powered by our joy faucets. You might have noticed this is not your typical fashion company. This is a friendly place, open, not about scaring people about “having” enough, being “cool” enough”, “beautiful” enough. It’s about creating connection, making women feel like a million bucks inside and out.

On top of this, colors, as you may know, pulse with different energetic frequencies and can be used as a healing modality. Prints, too, can activate our connection to sacred geometry. You’ve seen all of this at work on our product, that’s why you’re here because you also are feeling that.  

Another important point is how products are made. The energetic imprint that is given by every single person that touches the product (find another word) we are blessed and honoured to work with Italy’s top luxury factories and artisans, who we know personally, and are guaranteed to be treated well and paid fairly. Their passion and love goes directly from their hands and is infused into the product you wear.

But there are actually so many ways to raise your vibration, and part of our mission at La DoubleJ is to help you to develop an arsenal of skills to do this. That’s something we really love to explore with the workshops and gatherings that we host in the Sacred Grotta of our Milan store - that’s everything from breathwork to meditation to yin yoga to sound healing, channeling, you name it. With the Sisterhood, we’re introducing our community of women to many of the tools, techniques and teachers that have taught me different ways to raise my vibration. All of this is designed to help you tap into the highest aspect of you that vibrates on that lighter dimension, to reach that higher lever level of emotions of love, forgiveness, gratitude, compassion, mercy, empathy, joy, hope, faith, and laughter. Remember, this doesn’t mean avoiding bad things, or moments where you are experiencing a lot of emotional stress. When you learn these principles, you’re learning to tap into the tools within yourself that help you navigate those tricky waters when they come up. And I guarantee that once you do this you will start to notice that your life improves in a dramatic way. Fundamentally, our mission to “Raise Your Vibration” is our form of enhancing our consciousness, expansion and mindfulness. This is really our goal. It starts with something really simple - fashion and homeware - and we hope it extends into something much bigger, something which is helping you to find that light within and to share it with others.
